While many questions remain unanswered evidence is building for the vital relationship between gut health and mental health.  While supplementing with probiotics may be convenient, the best way to positively influence the balance of your bowel flora is to eat a whole foods diet which provides plenty of food for the good bugs to proliferate and prevent the bad bugs from taking hold.
